Seamless aesthetics

The same should also apply to the bathroom, as this is where everyone spends time every day. Built-in washbasins fit seamlessly into the bathroom environment. They are recessed into the corresponding bathroom furniture. The edge of the washbasin covers the furniture cut-out so that the furniture and washbasin look as if they have been cast from a single mould. No edges, no gaps - just visual calm.
Different installation methods
Depending on the bathroom style, built-in washbasins can be installed in two different ways. The base can either be a vanity unit with a furniture cut-out in the appropriate dimensions for the built-in basin to be installed or a top made from a wide variety of materials such as natural stone or solid wood. Here too, a suitable cut-out is required to fit the washbasin.
For example, you can create an exclusive contrast by installing a washbasin in a black marble top. The advantage of the built-in versions is that the edge of the washbasin and the console form one level, creating a harmonious overall ambience. A cutting template is always included in the delivery so that you can easily adapt existing vanity units or worktops.
Variety of colours and materials
The classic colour for ceramic sanitary ware is white, but in some bathrooms a warmer shade works more harmoniously with the overall furnishings. Here, you can choose a cream colour for a range of built-in washbasins if required. You can also choose from different variants in terms of the surface material. Some models such as Architectura or O.novo are finished with the latest innovation from Villeroy & Boch, the AntiBac coating. This surface technology reduces the growth of bacteria by over 99.9%. The silver-ion glaze prevents bacteria from forming in the first place, as this glaze has an antibacterial effect.
Hygienically clean with CeramicPlus
The material used for our washbasins is the innovative CeramicPlus. Thanks to this material, impurities are eliminated in no time at all. Dirt and limescale roll off together with the water and flow down the drain. The smooth, low-porosity surface prevents unwanted dirt from sticking. This keeps your built-in washbasin hygienically clean at all times. If necessary, you can simply wipe the surface with a damp cloth and some standard household vinegar to restore the ceramic to its original lustre.
With or without tap hole
Depending on the model selected, the built-in washbasins already have a recess for inserting the tap. All versions of the Loop & Friends series have no tap holes. The design here provides for the tap to be recessed separately, i.e. in the vanity unit, worktop or wall. This makes the design appear even more airy and exclusive. Make sure you take the correct measurements before installing the taps so that the water does not run out.
The matching base cabinet
The choice of a matching vanity unit or worktop is up to you. The combination options are varied and depend on the rest of the style of your bathroom.
